Requirements

Experience with policy conversion/ migration, guidewire Policy Center, P&C insurance/ underwriting experience is preferred
Knowledge of Canadian personal insurance regulations and market practices
Insurance/ underwriting knowledge
Working knowledge of GWPC and Salesforce

Job Responsibility

Execute Policy Migration: Manage the end-to-end conversion of insurance policies from legacy systems to the Guidewire Policy Center, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Apply Underwriting Standards: Utilize your P&C insurance knowledge to review risks and apply appropriate underwriting rules during the transition process
System Navigation: Leverage Salesforce and GWPC to track cases, document interactions, and manage policy lifecycles efficiently
Ensure Compliance: strictly adhere to Canadian personal insurance regulations and internal market practices throughout the conversion process
Deliver Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support and service in all interactions, troubleshooting issues that arise during migration and communicating clearly with internal stakeholders
