Job Description

We are partnering with a leading Canadian Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance provider (a well-known competitor in the Canadian insurance market) undergoing a major acquisition. The company is committed to data accuracy, regulatory adherence, and providing seamless service during this critical policy migration. We are hiring Policy Conversion Representatives for up to 12-month contract to ensure the successful transfer of policy data.

Job Responsibility

  • Policy and Data Migration: Execute manual data entry and processing tasks to migrate P&C insurance policy information from one system to another
  • Data Verification & Analysis: Ensure complete data accuracy during conversion, identifying discrepancies, and applying individual judgment and decision-making to resolve scenario-based processing issues
  • Outbound Follow-up: Conduct necessary outbound calls and email correspondence with brokers for clarification or missing information related to policy conversion files
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain strict adherence to governance and regulatory requirements, prioritizing the quality of work to ensure no mistakes in the conversion process

Requirements

  • Transferable Experience: Demonstrable experience in a role requiring high-volume, complex data processing, or meticulous administrative work where quality and regulatory compliance were paramount (e.g., policy administrator, processing specialist)
  • Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, quality-focused work ethic, strong technical aptitude, and efficient time management
  • Communication: Professional, clear, and effective communication skills for professional interaction with brokers via phone and email

  • Insurance Knowledge: Briefly describe any related knowledge or experience you have in P&C Insurance, Underwriting, Policy Processing, or Policy Conversion/Migration
