Job Responsibility

  • Develop and coordinate policy among stakeholders on behalf of the Front Office (FO)
  • Provide direct support to the FO on time-sensitive matters that affect the entire organization
  • Maintain awareness of all organizational policies by reviewing and providing feedback
  • Design and modify comprehensive briefing packages with data and information tailored to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Aid in meeting facilitation and information sessions
  • Assist in identifying and tracking action items, monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives, coordinating project schedules, and capturing meeting minutes
  • Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)
  • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations for both technical and non-technical personnel
  • Conduct peer reviews and quality checks on all outgoing documents and presentations
  • Assist in identifying and defining process efficiencies
  • Work independently or as part of a team

Requirements

  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • BS 8-10 Years, MS 6-8, PhD 3-5 or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and coordinating policy among stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the FO on time-sensitive matters that affect the entire organization
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience engaging and collaborating with external partners to develop enhanced communications and solutions responsive to the Sponsor’s requirements
  • Demonstrated senior-level experience in presentation and briefing development
  • Ability to maintain awareness of all organizational policies by reviewing and providing feedback
  • Ability to fully coordinate project schedules
  • Ability to coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations
