Police Records Representative

• Greet customers entering the lobby and respond to inquiries
• Use Law Enforcement programs and systems to enter data and update information
• Fulfill public record requests
• Train to be able to perform the full scope of duties of a Police Records Representative
• Conduct and attend Vehicle Impound Hearings

• Must possess a High School or GED equivalency
• Must have 1-year of previous experience working in a fast-paced environment where customer service, data entry, and clerical work were required
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
• Must possess a Level A Terminal Operator Certification from the Department of Public Safety at the time of hire
