Police Officer

Performs patrolling, surveillance, escorting, investigation, and intervention services to protect the safety and security of patients of all ages, visitors, teammates, staff, and property

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of employment as a police officer
• P.O.S.T. certification number
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Complete training from Atrium Health that includes but is not limited to: Non-Violent Crisis Intervention/De-escalation, and defensive tactics, within 90 days of hire
• Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly, in both oral and written form
• GPSTC (24.0 Hours)
• CPI/RestraintTraining
