Job Description:

CSP Ltd are seeking highly skilled and disciplined current and former officers to join our Police Escort / Convoy Operations. This role involves providing secure escorts for VIPs, royalty, sensitive assets, and high-risk or oversized loads. Officers will operate as part of a coordinated convoy, ensuring safety, security, and minimal disruption to the public while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. From major festivals and sporting events to retail and local authority projects, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be part of high-profile operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively directing and controlling traffic on public highways
  • Accompany and protect individuals, vehicles, or cargo during transit
  • Maintain convoy integrity and respond dynamically to changing conditions
  • Provide support for VIPs, dignitaries, royalty, or dangerous/sensitive cargo
  • Strict adherence to protocols and confidentiality is paramount
  • Outrider / Pilot Vehicle Duties: Clearing the path and intersections for the convoy
  • Managing and directing traffic
  • Facilitating safe movement through cities and areas with heightened risk
  • Real-time coordination with control rooms and other units

Requirements:

  • Current/Former police officer (or a specialist candidate, if appropriate)
  • Advanced driving or riding certification (or a commitment to obtain one)
  • Superb situational awareness and sound judgment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations
  • Discipline, integrity, and professionalism are paramount
