Job Responsibility

Alongside the Employment Coordinator, the Case Manager is responsible for the overall management of the case unit, including screening for program eligibility, completing an intake assessment, developing Family Self-sufficiency Plans (FSSP), providing required services, and completing and maintaining all required documentation
