The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives on hustle, urgency, and goal attainment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Increase every opportunity by engaging prospects, overcoming objections, and closing deals efficiently
  • Drive high-velocity outbound sales through proactive calls, emails, and follow-ups to keep the pipeline full
  • Leverage vitality and scarcity to drive decision-making and accelerate conversions
  • Own your sales number and be fully accountable for achieving and surpassing quota
  • Maintain laser focus on revenue-driving activities, eliminating distractions that don’t lead to bookings
  • Optimise lead conversion rates through rapid response, follow-up and strategic cross-selling
  • Master the details of Quark Expeditions' offerings and position them as must-have experiences
  • Use consultative selling techniques to highlight value and uphold premium pricing
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to sharpen your pitch
  • Lead your development - actively seek feedback, refine your pitch, and always strive for improvement
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless sales-to-travel experience
  • Share practices and winning tactics with the team to drive collective success

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of smashing sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Hunter mentality with a strong drive to win and exceed revenue goals
  • Unmatched work ethic, resilience, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Elite communication and persuasion skills, can close over the phone, email, and chat
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Flexible working approach to collaborate across different time zones
  • Passion for travel and a love for the thrill of the sale
What we offer:
  • Uncapped commission and high earning potential for top performers
  • Remote working
  • 25 days annual leave, plus birthday day off and bank holidays
  • Contributory pension scheme
