Job Responsibility:
Delivering best practice assessment and intervention for complex high risk foot clients across busy inpatient and outpatient streams
Collaborating with teams across our health network and the community to ensure effective, coordinated care is delivered
Participating in supervision, innovation, research and professional development
Requirements:
