Job Description:

TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) have partnered with a leading organisation to hire a part time Podiatrist based in Limerick for agency work. The contract would be 15 hours a month. As an agency worker with TTM, you will enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work, access to shifts in a variety of settings, and support from our experienced team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Perform routine foot care, including nail trimming, callus removal, and wound management
  • Diagnose and treat foot and lower limb conditions such as infections, injuries, and chronic diseases
  • Educate patients on proper foot care and preventive measures
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Podiatry from an accredited institution
  • Valid registration with the relevant professional body
  • Proven experience in a primary care setting
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Full driving license and access to own car is desirable
  • Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction
  • All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting
  • International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16)
