Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
Proven experience in project controls and PMO, with a strong grasp of digital tools, methods, and data-driven delivery
Hands-on leadership of complex projects, ideally in consultancy or client-facing settings
Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage stakeholders from project teams to executives
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insight and action
Self-starter who thrives in both team and independent environments
Familiarity with digital PMO / PPM platforms
Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable
