  • Spearhead and deliver high-priority, founder-initiated strategic projects, managing the entire lifecycle from concept validation through to successful implementation and seamless transition to the Operations team
  • Drive key commercial and operational transformations, including the launch of new business models, deployment of digital automation solutions, and comprehensive redesign of core processes
  • Leverage Kaizen principles to ensure projects are executed with maximum speed, efficiency, and clarity
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to unify objectives and proactively eliminate execution barriers
  • Establish robust project governance systems to rigorously monitor progress, manage budgets, track costs, and measure project outcomes
  • Capture, validate, and document critical best practices and project learnings to inform and enable future scalable rollouts
  • Report directly to the founders, presenting detailed project results, strategic learnings, and comprehensive plans for scalability and broader organizational impact

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5–10 years’ experience in strategic projects, PMO, or operations excellence
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from zero to execution
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Lean or Six Sigma background preferred
