You create structure where fragmentation exists, make priorities explicit and ensure that projects don’t just start, but are also sustainably embedded in the business. In an international context, you take full ownership of the project portfolio and turn priorities into a powerful strategic steering tool. You work closely with the leadership team, lead a small team of experts (<3) and play a key role in a major digital transformation.
