Job Description:

The project involves a global SAP (ERP) implementation delivered in a rollout model across multiple countries and business units. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with both business and IT teams on a large-scale transformation initiative. The role offers real impact on governance, delivery quality, and transparency of project execution and decision-making. You will be closely involved in coordinating key stakeholders and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams. It is a complex, multi-stream program with significant integration scope and strong compliance requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • tracking and managing project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across the PSR wave
  • ensuring timely identification, logging, and escalation of risks and issues
  • preparing and maintaining status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications
  • supporting governance by implementing PMO standards, stage gates, and reporting frameworks
  • coordinating with Delivery Managers, Integration Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure alignment
  • monitoring project progress and ensuring transparency across all workstreams
  • facilitating discussions to resolve blockers and keep the project on track
  • onboarding and supporting team members in PMO processes and reporting expectations

Requirements:

  • proven experience in PMO or Project Management within large, complex programs
  • worked on SAP / ERP implementations or global transformation projects
  • confident in tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
  • proactively identify, log, and manage risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation
  • comfortable working in a structured, governance-driven environment with clear methodologies
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills in an international setup
  • can operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate across distributed teams
  • detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture of the program
  • resilient and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • experience in global, multi-country rollout programs (Wave / Deployment model)
  • familiarity with PMO tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Planview)
  • knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe)
  • prior exposure to regulated environments (e.g. pharma, life sciences, finance)
