Job Responsibility

Establish and manage PMO governance across Group Finance, including planning cadence, reporting, action tracking, RAID management and delivery oversight
Work closely with the CFO and finance leadership team to track priorities, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies
Support the coordination and delivery of finance transformation, process improvement and operational change initiatives
Prepare clear reporting packs, dashboards, briefing materials and progress updates for senior leadership
Drive consistency and accountability across finance workstreams, ensuring actions are owned, followed up and delivered
Coordinate cross-functional activity between Finance, Technology, Operations and wider corporate teams
Identify delivery risks, blockers and process inefficiencies, escalating where required and helping drive practical solutions
