Job Description

The PMO Intern will support client-facing transformation initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in project coordination, data gathering and analysis, and dashboard development to support leadership decision-making.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in coordinating projects from initiation through completion
  • Support project managers in tracking deliverables, timelines, and milestones
  • Maintain project documentation and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials and MoMs
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Support development of dashboards and reports
  • Assist in benchmarking studies and market research activities
  • Help prepare client-facing reports and presentations
  • Maintain project files and documentation systems
  • Support budget tracking and resource allocation activities
  • Assist with client coordination and procurement processes
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required
  • Research emerging trends and technologies
  • Support development of thought leadership content
  • Assist in preparing case studies and best practice documentation
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives within the department

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and Power BI
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in team environments

Nice to have

  • Previous internship or project experience
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau)
