Job Responsibility:

  • Project Governance: Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and tools for the digital project portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, with a significant focus on E-Commerce (EC) platform enhancements, digital marketing technology (MarTech), and customer experience (CX) initiatives
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track, monitor, and report on project status, risks, resource utilisation, and budget adherence to senior leadership, providing clear, actionable insights
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of coordination, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams (IT, Business Units, Marketing, and external vendors)
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies across the project portfolio, developing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management/PMO role within a large-scale Luxury Goods, Premium Retail, or FMCG organisation
  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience in managing and governing digital transformation or E-Commerce (EC) platform development and rollout projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are essential for operating in an international environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is a significant advantage
