Requirements:

MBA preferred, Bachelors degree required
12+ years of experience in FMCG Packaging Graphics/Artwork/Design [Corporate or Agency On-Site]
Expertise in packaging artwork, adaptation, prepress processes, and color reproduction/management technologies
Proficiency in packaging and commercial printing/decoration techniques, including flexo, offset, gravure, and screen printing
Strong knowledge of project management, design approval systems, and the processes/systems for artwork asset management and artwork asset sheet processes
Experience managing direct reports
Strong experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Adept at successfully partnering with creative, technical, & business stakeholders across the entire design to print chain
Strong capabilities to collaborate with and influence cross functional Partners and translate business/functional needs into actionable steps
Ability to manage complex initiatives while maintaining focus and progress
Working knowledge of common packaging materials and how they impact design execution [labels, paperboards, films, etc]
Disciplined and professional work ethic
Respect and empathy for team members
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to coordinate and support multiple stakeholders
