Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Executive / PMO Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to support project governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple projects. The role will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are tracked, documented, and delivered in line with organizational standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Support end-to-end project planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Maintain and update project schedules, dashboards, and status reports
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and action items and follow up for closure
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and governance
  • Coordinate project meetings and document minutes of meetings (MoM)
  • Support resource allocation and utilization tracking
  • Maintain project documentation and centralized repositories
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and process reviews as required

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a PMO / Project Coordination / Project Support role
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Availability for night shifts as needed to support global teams
  • Flexible to work during us time to support customers
  • Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to varying schedules is essential

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
  • Basic knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI – added advantage)
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • PMO or project management certification (CAPM / Prince2 Foundation – preferred)
