The PMO Coordinator will be instrumental in coordinating the delivery of complex cybersecurity projects. This role requires a bachelor's degree in Project Management or IT Administration and 1-3 years of experience in technical project administration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts. Key responsibilities include managing project workstreams, supporting project managers, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate activities across multiple cybersecurity project workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
Support project managers by managing deliverable prioritization, resource allocations, and scheduling
Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of milestones, reports, and KPIs to ensure alignment across stakeholders
Organize and facilitate project-related meetings, including workshops, steering committee sessions, and progress reviews
Embed and enforce project management templates and governance frameworks within project teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cross-project dependencies and address potential resource conflicts early
Assist in the management of risk and issue registers, transforming flagged risks into actionable treatment strategies
Monitor financial performance, assisting with budgeting and financial tracking efforts
Prepare project deliverables and maintain an audit-ready trail of activities for internal reviews or client inspections
Collaborate across teams to prepare accurate and insightful project dashboards and executive summaries
Support the preparation of client-facing board reports, communicating risks, progress, and recommendations in concise formats
Ensure senior stakeholders remain informed of key decisions and serve as a crucial contact point for escalations
Review the effectiveness of project management methodologies, providing recommendations for streamlining workflows
Capture and disseminate lessons learned, contributing to NTT DATA's best practice repository for use on future engagements
Proactively identify process gaps, proposing solutions to prevent delays in subsequent projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 1–3 years in technical project administration roles or hands-on collaboration with medium-scale PMOs
Knowledgeable in fundamental cybersecurity concepts, ideally combined with exposure to digital transformation projects
Proficient with industry-standard tools for project management, including Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
Demonstrated ability to manage data in highly regulated environments with secure software lifecycle management processes
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification (Required) or equivalent qualifications such as PMP
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles is strongly desired (CSM certification a plus)
Experience with client-facing programs handling IT delivery risks
Success delivering metrics-driven results (within IT consulting, cybersecurity, or client service advisory)
