We are seeking a PMO Coordinator with 3 to 4 years of PMO or Project/Program/Portfolio coordination within the Technology, Banking or Consultancy industry. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, communication, and time management to collaborate with diverse teams and ensure effective program delivery. Candidates must have experience with SDLC processes, project reporting, and tools like Jira and Excel.
Job Responsibility:
Assist PMO leads and project managers in managing a large portfolio of programs and projects in accordance with Citi’s SDLC procedures which include many regulatory and compliance mandates
Has the confidence and ability to convincingly structure, summarize, and present recommendation
Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards
Excellent oral and written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate issues, risks, and progress on complex processes to multiple stakeholders
Self-initiate, work productively when unsupervised and multitask across multiple concurrent projects
Liaise among a range of teams from Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, and Program Management Office team to ensure alignment with overall objectives of the firm.
Requirements:
Experience/Knowledge of SDLC processes –Agile/Waterfall methodology
Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable analyzing data and validating data trends
Solid level experience with projects, tasks, workflow and reporting in Jira and PPM tools
Strong research skills, ability to evaluate and assess complex topics and creatively problem-solve
Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships and break down silos
Exceptional time management skills and work ethic, ability to work under deadlines and strong attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent (technical/STEM subjects preferred)
3+ Years relevant experience in PMO or Project/Program/Portfolio coordination role.
