As a PMO Consultant, you will work hands-on with these disciplines on highly relevant and exciting projects, while continuing to develop your professional skills in a strong consulting environment. Job Responsibility:
Supporting project controls activities, including cost follow-up, forecasting, and variance analysis
Contributing to project reporting and performance transparency across cost, schedule, and risk
Working with project data, systems, and analyses to support decision-making
Supporting PMO processes, governance structures, and project coordination
Collaborating closely with project managers, senior PMO consultants, and other stakeholders in the project organization
Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant experience, especially within Project Controls (experience from a regulated industry or GMP environment is a plus)
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field
Comfortable with project management tools and eager to learn more
Skilled in Excel for project or financial data
Detail-oriented, structured, and solutions-focused
Collaborative and proactive, with strong initiative and good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
Curious and open to learning and developing new methodologies and tools
Enjoy supporting and facilitating processes across various levels of client organizations
Thrive in an environment with both structured tasks and changing priorities
Take ownership of your work and collaborate proactively with colleagues and stakeholders
Nice to have:
