Our team delivers expertise within project controlling, project controls, risk management, project progress reporting, project planning, and procurement - primarily on complex CAPEX projects within pharma and life sciences. As a PMO Consultant, you will work hands-on with these disciplines on highly relevant and exciting projects, while continuing to develop your professional skills in a strong consulting environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting project controls activities, including cost follow-up, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Contributing to project reporting and performance transparency across cost, schedule, and risk
  • Working with project data, systems, and analyses to support decision-making
  • Supporting PMO processes, governance structures, and project coordination
  • Collaborating closely with project managers, senior PMO consultants, and other stakeholders in the project organization

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience, especially within Project Controls (experience from a regulated industry or GMP environment is a plus)
  • Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field
  • Comfortable with project management tools and eager to learn more
  • Skilled in Excel for project or financial data
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and solutions-focused
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong initiative and good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
  • Curious and open to learning and developing new methodologies and tools
  • Enjoy supporting and facilitating processes across various levels of client organizations
  • Thrive in an environment with both structured tasks and changing priorities
  • Take ownership of your work and collaborate proactively with colleagues and stakeholders
