PMO Consultant – Digital Transformation

Job Description

We are looking for a PMO Consultant to join our consulting team and support a global leader in the consumer goods industry. You will play a key role in the execution of Digital Transformation Initiatives, ensuring project orchestration, governance, stakeholder management, and performance monitoring across a rapidly evolving digital portfolio. You will work closely with Initiative Owners, Product teams, Data/AI experts, and PMO Heads to bring structure, alignment, and high‑quality delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Drive project orchestration by building and updating detailed plans, managing milestones and dependencies, and preparing key project documentation
  • Ensure governance and validation through SteerCos, Go/No‑Go steps, CPP, and Design Authority processes
  • Manage risks and issues by maintaining the risk matrix, defining mitigation plans, and escalating when required
  • Enable stakeholder alignment through structured communication, governance rituals, and support to change, onboarding, and methodology adoption
  • Monitor performance & reporting, consolidating KPIs and insights for leadership while contributing to continuous PMO improvement and onboarding of new PMO resources

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of PMO / Project Manager / Project Coordinator experience, ideally in digital transformation, AI/Data, R&D, or tech environments
  • Experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder, decentralized organizations
  • Familiarity with Agile@Scale frameworks is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex information
  • Proactive, reliable, solution‑oriented, with excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel while maintaining quality and clarity
  • Technical proficiency in project management tools, digital/AI project lifecycles, and enterprise systems for budget tracking, risk management, and reporting
  • Professional French & English
