At Videalert, part of Marston Holdings, we're looking for a proactive PMO Assistant to join our Technology Division and play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of innovative projects across our business. About the Role As a PMO Assistant, you'll provide essential support to our Project Management Office and Customer Operations Team, helping to keep projects on track and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From maintaining project documentation and coordinating schedules to supporting reporting, resource planning, and quality assurance, you'll be an integral part of the team, helping deliver technology solutions that make a real difference to our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes
  • Providing administrative support to the Customer Operations Team, including organising permits, traffic management, and proactively monitoring project deadlines
  • Assisting with resource scheduling and internal reporting
  • Ensuring project documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with quality standards
  • Supporting ISO and BSI audits and working with our Quality Assurance team to improve processes
  • Deputising for the PMO Manager and supporting the Head of Service Management when required

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • An understanding of the role of a PMO and how it supports successful project delivery

Nice to have

  • PRINCE2 Foundation (or above)
  • Knowledge of ITIL or HALO ITSM
  • Experience within the traffic, parking, or technology sectors
