We are seeking a highly organised and analytical PMO Analyst to join us on an initial 6 month FTC to support project governance, planning, progress tracking, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are well controlled, accurately reported, and aligned with organisational priorities, while maintaining high-quality documentation and strong stakeholder relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Support project planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking
Analyse project progress and report on performance against timelines and budgets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery consistency
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change logs
Ensure consistent tracking of tasks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across the portfolio
Analyse project data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
Produce dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders
Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Maintain RAID logs across projects
Support the development of mitigation strategies and assist with escalation where required
Maintain and update resource allocation schedules
Oversee project plans and collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Azure DevOps
Draft, coordinate, and distribute project reports
Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across delivery teams
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project support, PMO, or similar role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using project and delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
