Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical PMO Analyst to join us on an initial 6 month FTC to support project governance, planning, progress tracking, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are well controlled, accurately reported, and aligned with organisational priorities, while maintaining high-quality documentation and strong stakeholder relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking
  • Analyse project progress and report on performance against timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery consistency
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and change logs
  • Ensure consistent tracking of tasks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across the portfolio
  • Analyse project data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Produce dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Track KPIs, milestones, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Maintain RAID logs across projects
  • Support the development of mitigation strategies and assist with escalation where required
  • Maintain and update resource allocation schedules
  • Oversee project plans and collaboration tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Azure DevOps
  • Draft, coordinate, and distribute project reports
  • Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across delivery teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a project support, PMO, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using project and delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
