To support governance and processes across the whole delivery teams by ensuring project documentation governance as well controlling governance across all projects. Assisting with the processing of orders that are won by sales to ensure they are set up correctly on internal systems for delivery and invoicing purposes.
Job Responsibility:
Project delivery governance – reviewing project documentation to ensure it meets ISO standards and analysing overall delivery reporting for any anomalies
Resourcing & scheduling for all In Flight projects
Sales order processing
Helping to support with delivery processes and overall delivery governance
Supporting with team reporting
Requirements:
Technology experience desired but not essential
Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills
Great customer service and stakeholder management
