You’ll support governance and delivery processes across project teams, ensuring project documentation and controls are consistently applied across all projects. You’ll also assist with the handover of won sales orders, making sure work is accurately set up on internal systems to enable smooth delivery and correct invoicing.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee project delivery governance by reviewing documentation to ensure it meets ISO standards and identifying any issues or anomalies in delivery reporting
Manage resourcing and scheduling across all in‑flight projects to support effective delivery
Process sales orders to ensure they are accurately set up for delivery
Support delivery teams by maintaining consistent delivery processes and governance controls
Produce and support team reporting to provide clear visibility of delivery activity and performance
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills

Excellent organisation skills
Knowledge of the different project delivery methodology

Technology experience desired but not essential
