Job Description

PMI Data Leader to support the digital transformation of our clients' IT environments during post-merger integration initiatives. This role serves as the central point of reference for all data-related topics, ensuring strong governance, architecture consistency, and seamless migration across systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Champion and implement enterprise-wide data governance principles to ensure compliance, integrity, and traceability
  • Ensure consistent data architecture across applications and platforms, aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Map and document data flows for both current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) states to support integration planning
  • Lead data transformation and migration efforts between legacy and target IT ecosystems, ensuring minimal disruption and high data quality
  • Oversee data security and access management, ensuring appropriate controls and permissions are in place throughout the integration lifecycle

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in data governance, data migration, and enterprise data architecture within complex IT environments
  • Proven expertise in data mapping, migration strategy, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data integrity and transformation
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
  • Certification in data governance or data management (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) is a strong asset
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • proficiency in French is a plus
