Job Responsibility

Creating positive guest relations by anticipating guests’ needs, responding promptly and always acknowledging guests
Cleaning and servicing assigned rooms in accordance with service procedures and standards
Providing turndown service to designated rooms
Transporting turndown cleaning supplies, turndown/guest room amenities and linens to assigned guest rooms
Replacing soiled bed sheets and turndown bed
Removing all dirty terry and replace with clean pair to designated layout
Placing specified items in designated locations (turndown amenity/cards, IRD menu, bathrobe, TV remote control)
Setting radio to designated station and volume
Closing drapes
Setting lighting to and thermostat to designated levels

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 8 hours a day
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed accuracy, follow through, and work with a minimum supervision
Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English
Ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning assigned rooms as per the hotel standards
Ability to grasp, bend, and stoop

Wipes down any wet services in the bathroom
Folds any clothing left in room and places it in appropriate spot
Removes Room Service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
Closes drapes, reduces lighting, turn music on softly and prepares bed
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens
Prepares unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests

Job Responsibility

Open the department in the morning shift, print all needed reports
Create daily work assignments for Room Attendant and Turndown Attendant in designated computer systems
Issue the daily work assignments to Lobby Attendants, Housemen and Supervisors
Ensure special set ups in guestrooms, guest requests, group and event movement are highlighted on assignments
Update daily the PowerPoint briefing slideshows for the Morning and Evening Housekeeping briefings
Monitor status of stayover rooms and arrival rooms and move rooms around in Room Attendant assignments to ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected by 4 pm
Monitor Housekeeping staffing for all positions for the next day and informs the Housekeeping management of any over or understaffing according to labor standards
Provide prompt dispatching services and comprehensive administrative support to ensure seamless and efficient housekeeping operations in accordance with Four Seasons standards
Expedite guest requests as quickly as possible and notify Housekeeping leadership if any guest service is delayed or hampered
Utilize and maintain the property management system, accurately logging service requests, updating room status, closing work orders, and generating necessary reports
