At least one (1) year of hotel Housekeeping Supervisor experience required
Flexible to work AM, and PM shifts, mid-shifts, weekends and holidays
Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English highly preferred
High comfortability in working with computers
Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours and perform repetitive bending and stooping motions
Able to lift/carry, push and pull at least 20 pounds

Job Responsibility

Assist with supervising all housekeeping staff
Inspect cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and service elevator landings and provide feedback when cleanliness standards are not met
Assist with onboarding and train new hires on required duties and responsibilities
Resolve guest concerns related to cleanliness issues and ensure guest cleanliness expectations are met
Open Housekeeping department, run reports and conduct morning pre-shift meetings
Close Housekeeping and perform closing duties when working PM shifts
