The position is a part time seasonal position on the food and beverage team and provides an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and an expert on the menu options for dinner service in the fine dining outlet.
Job Responsibility:
Create a wonderful dining experience by connecting with guests and maintaining an exceptional knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks and information about menu item preparation methods
Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
Responsible for delivering and clearing guest food as well as assisting with any guest needs throughout service in a timely manner
Responsible for accurately closing guest checks and processing cash and credit card payments
Communicate with other team members for support and accuracy of table service delivery
Requirements:
2+ years server experience in a fast-paced high-end restaurant setting required
Good communication skills
Fluency in English is required
Must be able to stand for 8 hours
