We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in Ravello, our modern Italian restaurant. Delight our guests with offerings like house-made pasta, pizza and limoncello, masterfully crafted with ingredients imported straight from Italy.
Job Responsibility
Primarily work with the hot station (I.e., meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
Build inventory lists, as well as strategic overviews of preparation for the specific outlet
Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort
Requirements
Prior experience with a grill, sauté, and knowledge of advanced knife cuts are required
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
