Job Description:

The Cook 3 is our entry-level culinary position. The position will work primarily with cold items, and overall preparation organization. Flexibility in being cross-trained in other outlets and work within the hot station (i.e. meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in depth prep of warm items, etc.) as well. The candidate must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and able to work and thrive within a large team is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, show flexibility, and be available when extensive work hours are required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide culinary support in breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello
  • Work primarily with cold items and overall preparation organization
