Job Responsibility:
Compliance & Safety Mindset: leads frontline workers to ensure team operates confidently and safely
Afternoon Operations: Oversee the loading/unloading of Pick-Up and Delivery (PUD) fleet, and outbound Linehaul/Rail while also managing the Check Weight Cube functions, ensuring accurate freight loading
Operations Efficiency: Ensures the team is focused on the key priorities to support the delivery of effective outcomes that drive financial performance and meet customer needs
Operational Management: Plans and prioritises activities for the team to work efficiently and maintain customer centricity and quality of work
Leadership & Development: Demonstrates, enables and holds others accountable for nurturing inclusivity and behaviours aligned with the Northline values.
Requirements:
