Job Responsibility:

  • Compliance & Safety Mindset: leads frontline workers to ensure team operates confidently and safely
  • Afternoon Operations: Oversee the loading/unloading of Pick-Up and Delivery (PUD) fleet, and outbound Linehaul/Rail while also managing the Check Weight Cube functions, ensuring accurate freight loading
  • Operations Efficiency: Ensures the team is focused on the key priorities to support the delivery of effective outcomes that drive financial performance and meet customer needs
  • Operational Management: Plans and prioritises activities for the team to work efficiently and maintain customer centricity and quality of work
