In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a wide variety of systems throughout the resort. Your expertise will be essential in keeping our guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front-of-house areas running flawlessly, as well as maintaining vital back-of-house systems like the kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. As a Tech III, you'll be the key player in performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, using a state-of-the-art Windows-based computer system. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology to keep our operations running seamlessly, ensuring both our guests and team members experience nothing short of excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Shift coverage across various maintenance areas, requiring a keen eye for detail and quick troubleshooting abilities
Performing preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, ensuring the longevity and efficiency of all resort facilities
Utilizing Windows-based systems to manage and track maintenance activities
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics to aid in system repairs and improvements
Maintaining and troubleshooting life-safety systems, guaranteeing guest and team member safety at all times
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing)
Experience with life-safety systems
Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and back-of-house areas
Familiarity with preventative maintenance techniques
Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems for maintenance tracking
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics (preferred)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and reliable, with the ability to cover shifts as needed
