  • Greets guests and escorts them to their rooms
  • Delivers luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive
  • Valet guest vehicles in the garage and retrieve when requested
  • Maintains proper records of stored luggage, package deliveries and pick-ups in compliance with Four Seasons Standards
  • Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Helps resolve customer complaints, assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc
  • Will complete any tasks of a Doorman, Bellman, Valet Driver or House car Attendant
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
  • Performs duties related to guests and residents’ seasonal equipment storage or delivery of ski equipment and mountain bikes and related gear
