Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Designer to join our team of engineering consultants. In this role, you'll design plumbing systems for commercial facilities, working closely with Engineering Principals and Project Managers to produce high-quality, detailed construction documents.

Job Responsibility:

Develop plumbing system design documents for commercial projects using AutoCAD and Revit
Coordinate with other design professionals and disciplines throughout all phases of design
Review shop drawings and construction correspondence
Visit project sites to conduct field investigations as needed
Design systems from inception through completion with minimal red-line guidance
Deliver exceptional client service and offer ongoing support

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting Technology or Plumbing Design
Minimum of 3 years of commercial plumbing design experience
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects at different design phases
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated team player who can also work independently
Eager to grow professionally and stay current with industry trends
