Plumber

• Oversee Loon Mountain Resort's plumbing/gas/HVAC duties at Resort and Team Member housing units
• Keep current with appropriate regulations and licenses
• Work closely with Resort Team Members on work orders, maintenance, and installations
• Job sharing duties in this position or other departments as required
• Install and maintain all heating/cooling systems on site and team member housing units
• Install and maintain Loon’s plumbing infrastructure on and off property
• Responsible for AST and UST compliance
• Maintain plumbing and heating and cooling inventory
• Ability to read building plans and handle drawings for installations
• Responsible for maintaining public water systems
