Job Responsibility

  • Health & Safety first
  • 2nd fix plumbing and associated works in social housing/residential settings
  • Typical repairs - broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks and general kitchen and bathroom repairs, including unvented systems
  • Customer focused - engaging with residents and collaborating with your team
  • Problem solving - apply fault finding skills in domestic settings to resolve issues effectively

Requirements

  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience in domestic or social housing environments (desirable, but not essential)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Enjoy working with others
  • Genuine passion for improving people’s homes
