Job Responsibility

Understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel's policies on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
Handle guest and employee maintenance requests in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring prompt follow-up when required
Repair bathroom plumbing, replace or repair leaking faucets and damaged lavatory sinks, and unclog toilets, shower, and sink drains
Perform preventive maintenance in guestrooms and public areas
Repair equipment brought to the Engineering workshop by other departments
Estimate the type and quantity of materials required for assigned projects and requisition materials when necessary
Maintain records, logs, and reports of work performed and materials used
Assist with installing or relocating existing and new equipment when required
Respond to work orders, room inspection reports, and emergency situations such as fires or power failures
Report any damages identified throughout the resort using the Engineering reporting systems
