Job Description:

As a member of the Facilities team, you will proactively support the Facilities leadership team in all operational aspects of resort plumbing. This role supports the entire resort and at times will require you to work with internal and external service providers, The work will also involve planned and un-planned work across the estate. As a Plumber you will be carrying out planned and unplanned works to current legislative standards and will plan and evaluate repairs, replacement parts, inventory and innovation. Typical working hours cover five days over seven shift pattern that includes weekends and evenings at times. 40 hours weekly.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively support the Facilities leadership team in all operational aspects of resort plumbing
Support the entire resort
Work with internal and external service providers
Carry out planned and unplanned works to current legislative standards
Plan and evaluate repairs, replacement parts, inventory and innovation

Requirements:

Experience in a maintenance environment within a plumbing specialism
Ability to prioritise work and work to deadlines
Working knowledge and experience of relevant regulations and H&S procedures
Good communication skills
Detailed record keeping
Professional and positive approach
Ability to work as part of a team and individually

Nice to have:

Current recognised formal electrical qualification (Domestic Installer, C+G or equivalent, hot water storage system, unvented G3)
Driving license
