Job Responsibility:

  • Visit customer properties to perform a range of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks
  • Diagnose and assess plumbing issues and subsequently install and repair plumbing fixtures
  • Ensure all Health and Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work and COSHH Records, are adhered to during your daily work
  • Maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with clients and tenants

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in plumbing with relevant certifications
  • City & Guilds or NVQ
  • Self-motivated, flexible and able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to diagnose problems and propose cost-effective solutions
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
