Plumber

• Carry out routine and non-routine maintenance tasks
• Identify and resolve faults, including replacing life-expired equipment
• Perform inspections, water sampling, and risk assessments
• Undertake mains water supply repairs
• Minimise wastage and contribute to process improvements
• Ensure statutory and compliance works are completed within deadlines
• Work safely at height and in all weather conditions when required
• Maintain high standards of health and safety across all activities
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is carried out to the highest safety standards and in accordance with agreed method statements

• Full UK driving licence
• Appropriate trade qualification (Level 3)
• Experience operating light plant and equipment
• Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating with relevant maintenance experience (applications from candidates with NVQ Level 2 will also be considered)
• Legionella Control (L8) certification
• Experience working in a commercial or facilities management environment
