Job Responsibility

Administration of the central mailboxes, which involves processing and actioning internal and external emails in line with company processes and procedures
Working with bid managers and colleagues to prepare tender and proposal documentation, including template set up and completing standard company bid information
Processing clarifications received from customers, ensuring they’re distributed and actioned in line with bid process
Uploading documents and correspondence to internal and external portals, ensuring robust document control
Formatting tender documentation for final submission to the customer and uploading tender submissions to procurement portals in line with ITT requirements
Graphic creation and editing
Reviewing and processing tender notices, including completion of portal registrations and maintaining and updating NEC corporate information on external web sites
Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and external customers on which frameworks NEC has been awarded a place and what can be procured through each
Undertake other administrative tasks for the other functions within the team as required
Support the preparation and formatting of bid documents
