Requirements

Have a genuine interest in working in Plumbing
16- 18-year-old Level 4 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
19+ Level 2 in English & Maths (C Grade or above or functional skills level 2)
Have a positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications
Flexibility and a positive attitude towards varied work and schedules
Excellent customer service skills and punctuality
Ability to demonstrate excellent organisational and planning skills

Job Responsibility

Attend training and work toward your craft qualification, which will include: Repair / replace external cold water gutter and drainage systems
Install, repair and replace hot and cold water supplies, including baths, skins, showers, and toilets including waste systems
Excavate ground to repair external cold water supplies and drainage systems and clear blocked drains and toilets
Trace, diagnose, identify and rectify faults on hot and cold water systems
Repair/ replace kitchen units and sink units
Carry out programmes maintenance and servicing in domestic properties including safety routine checks
Communicate with clients to arrange and carry out work
Leave homes clean and safe, collecting tenant signatures after jobs
Support colleagues and build relationships across the business
Safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles
