PLS-CADD Specialist

• Utilize PLS-CADD software (PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole) to perform detailed design and analysis of overhead transmission and distribution lines
• Generate accurate models, profiles, and plans for new construction, upgrades, and maintenance projects
• Conduct thorough structural analysis, including sag-tension calculations, clearance checks, and conductor optimization
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate PLS-CADD outputs into overall project designs and documentation
• Provide technical expertise and support to project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to PLS-CADD software and overhead line design

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with PLS-CADD software (PLS-CADD, PLS-Tower, PLS-Pole) in a professional setting
• Proficiency in conducting structural analysis and design of overhead transmission and distribution lines
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and practices related to overhead line design
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and accurate work

Professional Engineer (PE) license or willingness to pursue licensure is a plus
