Job Responsibility

  • Managing plot sale matters and files from reservation to completion
  • preparation of contract packs, completion statements, remittance advice, invoices and engrossing of deeds
  • typing correspondence and documentation
  • ensuring deposits and completion monies are remitted correctly
  • attending meetings with clients
  • updating clients on active matters
  • maintaining effective communication with colleagues
  • managing files diligently and reviewing regularly

Requirements

  • qualified or experienced senior paralegal
  • excellent interpersonal skills
