Plot Sales Conveyancer

• Manage their own caseload of plot sales matters from inception through to completion
• Dealing with pre-contract enquiries, part exchange purchases and resales
• Drafting plot sales paperwork
• Ensuring a smooth exchange and completion process
• Regular communication with housebuilder clients
• Mentor junior members of the team

• Proven experience in a plot sales conveyancing role is essential
• A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Shared ownership experience is desirable but not essential
