Job Description

A top-tier opportunity for an experienced Plot Conveyancer to join the Manchester office of a highly respected national law firm specializing in the housebuilding sector. Responsibilities include handling plot sales cases from inception to completion, maintaining client relationships, and optionally mentoring junior staff.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage own caseload of plot sales matters from inception through to completion
  • Deal with pre-contract enquiries, part exchange purchases and resales
  • Draft plot sales paperwork
  • Ensure a smooth exchange and completion process
  • Regular communication with housebuilder clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a plot sales conveyancing role is essential
  • A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Shared ownership experience is desirable but not essential
