Job Responsibility

  • Assist in creating, maintaining, and updating product data and controlled documents in Arena PLM
  • Support change management and data accuracy across the product lifecycle
  • Create, maintain, and manage product data within the PLM system
  • Maintain version control, revision history, and approval workflows within PLM
  • Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support PLM and document-related requests
  • Ensure product data and documents are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Manage and support Engineering and Manufacturing Change processes (ECRs, ECOs) within the PLM system
  • Ensure all product and document changes are properly reviewed, approved, implemented, and communicated
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability between changes, affected items, BOMs, and documents
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory or quality requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Data and Document management, product data administration, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with PLM tools (Arena PLM strongly preferred
  • Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar is acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management, BOM structures, document control, and Change Management processes, as well as high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
